These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Flavourpal (managed by Whiskykalendern), concerning your access to and use of the website and platform. By accessing the site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence (and at least 18 years of age) to register an account and use our platform. By using the services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

manage_accounts 3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password used to access your account and for all activities that occur under your password. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or act maliciously against other community members.

Flavourpal is a premium community for whisky and spirits enthusiasts. You agree not to post content that is:

• blockHarassing, abusive, defamatory, or threatening.
• blockUnlawful, pornographic, promoting hate speech, or inciting violence.
• blockInfringing on copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• blockSpam, advertisements, or promotional material without explicit authorization.

We implement active moderation (inline editing, post deletion) to maintain community standards. Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.

copyright 5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform code, database designs, UI elements, and logo are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain rights to your own posted content and bottle reviews, but grant Flavourpal a non-exclusive license to display it within the community context.

warning 6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flavourpal, its managers, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the services. The AI scanning and import parsing features are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about absolute accuracy.

These Terms of Service and your use of the site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
